This page explains how we build, test and write about the games on Puzzle Den, so you know what to expect and why you can trust our guides.
Game testing. Each game is played end to end in automated browser tests before release, covering winning, losing, scoring and sharing. Games with generated levels are checked with solvers: Sudoku and Pandoku puzzles must have exactly one solution, and sorting and tile games must have at least one guaranteed winning order.
Balancing. For level-based games like Candy Pop and Tile Trio, we run a computer player through hundreds of simulated games per level and adjust moves and goals so difficulty climbs steadily from Easy to Difficult. We publish the results of these tests in each game's guide.
Guides. Every game page includes rules, tips and an FAQ written for players. Historical notes cite well-documented facts only. Guides are drafted with the help of AI writing tools and reviewed by Puzzle Den Editorial Team before publishing, and we update them when games change. Each page shows its last updated date.
Fair play. Daily challenges use a fixed random seed, so every player gets the same puzzle each day. Scores are calculated in your browser.
Independence. Puzzle Den games are original versions inspired by popular genres. Trademarks of other games mentioned in our guides belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with them.
Corrections. If you spot a mistake, email hello@example.com and we will review it promptly.
